The dynamics of community organizations are forever evolving with new and more complex funding parameters from various government sources. Greater expectations from funders and increasing needs from members are the challenges faced by our community, especially during these difficult times. In order to move Almage forward, a Board of Director must adhere to the basic principle of working for the good of the Almage community in a collegial environment with respect for each member’s role and responsibilities. Note this information will be made public at the Annual General Assembly so the members and public are aware of your abilities.
